The pie charts show the comparison of online shopping of retail sectors in Canada between 2005 and 2010.
it is seen that the volume of online sales of electronics and appliance was 35 percent 2005 in Canada. But the size of sales of such products stood at 30 per cent in 2010, a decrease of 5 percent than that 2005.
The sales volume of video games and food and beverage by online platforms increased to 23 per cent and 32 per cent 2010. it were 18 and 22 percent respectively in 2005.
On the other hand, the sales of home furnishing drastically fall by 10 per cent to 15 per cent. The volume of sales of such housing decoration items was 25 per cent in 2005.
It is clear that the rate of sales of food and beverage through online significantly increased in Canada. In contrast, the volumes of furnishing selling severely fall in 2010.
